Our Wellness Center is on hiatus this summer for Saturday workshops (June, July, and August); however, we still have other engaging activities scheduled. We will restart our workshops in September. Vibeup will not meet in June or July, but will reconvene on Sunday, August 17, 2025. Other summer activities are listed below. Enjoy your summer!

Holy Shift: Interfaith Conversations on Peace and Reconciliation

Join us for a morning of inspiring interfaith conversation designed to explore our collective futures through meaningful dialogue. Together, we will engage in discussions that matter, uncovering a greater wisdom that is not held by any one of us but emerges from the richness of our diverse perspectives. As we share our insights and connect with one another, we will harness the collective intelligence needed to address our challenges.

Listen to the voices of three spiritual leaders, each representing a different faith tradition, before breaking into small groups to reflect on what we have learned and collaboratively discern a path forward. Let's come together and discover the wisdom that binds us as a community and empowers us to act! Light refreshments will be served.

VibeUp Gentle Yoga-Meditation-Sound Bath

Presenter: Stacey Paige, Certified Yoga Instructor and Spiritual Coach
Relax and Recharge
In this integrative self-care journey, we'll begin with gentle yoga and then move into guided meditation and a healing sound bath. Or you can come only for the meditation and sound healing experience. This workshop will help you relax your body, calm your mind, clear stuck energy, and activate your body's natural healing systems.
Please bring your yoga mat and water. You may also want to bring blocks and a strap if you're doing yoga, and for the sound bath a blanket, pillow, eye covering and anything else you need to feel comfortable. Limited extra props will be available. This is an in-person event only, no Zoom. ​

Share the Challenges and Victories of Caregiving
Offered on Zoom only starting April 27.

This FREE group meets on the 2nd and 4th Sundays at 4:30 p.m. each month on Zoom with the intention of creating a space where caregivers can share the challenges and victories that come with this special role. We will explore ways to find joy in each day and build a deeper sense of community. We will combine group conversations with periodic visits from local experts in areas that support your caregiving role.
This support group will be facilitated by experienced spousal caregivers, Pat Anderson and Rachel Fitch. Pat is a retired counselor and a licensed Unity Teacher. Rachel is an executive coach with a long career leading organizational professional development.
We hope you will join us if you are a caregiver or if you would like to better understand how to support a loved one who is a caregiver. All shared experiences will be kept confidential.

Introduction to Tai Chi Workshop

Experience a Gentle Form of Tai Chi
Begin your journey to physical and spiritual health by learning a gentle form of Tai Chi that provides body awareness, pain relief, stillness, and much more. Body, mind and spirit come together while practicing the ancient art of Tai Chi that is optimized for health and well-being. As a long-time student and instructor, Carolyn will guide you through the first several moves and foundational exercises that are meditative while also bringing countless physical benefits. This is an in-person event only - no Zoom.
