From Root to Bloom

A Meditation & Shamanism Series

Offered in-person only.

In these sessions offered on every full moon cycle in 2026, participants will learn about our energy system -- what our energy system is; how it works; and how we can change energy and grow in our spiritual journey.  Meditation will be incorporated throughout so participants can experience a deeper connection with self and the world.  At the end of each session, Peggy will lead with a symbolic fire ceremony, a traditional shamanic ritual that symbolizes transformation and renewal. Participants will learn to release and let go of what no longer serves and embrace the new.
 

NOTE: Dress in comfortable layers depending on weather conditions.

6-Week Beginner Tai Chi Class Series

Thursdays: 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. 

Starting March 12, 2026.

Experience Meditation in Motion - Beginner Class

Offered in-person only.

Begin your journey to physical and spiritual health by learning a gentle form of Tai Chi that provides body awareness, pain relief, stillness, and much more. Body, mind and spirit come together while practicing the ancient art of Tai Chi that is optimized for health and well-being. Come join us and see why Tai Chi is known as meditation in motion! This is an in-person event only - no Zoom.

This will be a 6-week beginning class with no experience needed.  In this shorter beginning class, you will learn the basics of Tai Chi and a Tai Chi Short Form.  Upon completion of this class, you will be eligible to continue your Tai Chi journey in the morning Continuing Tai Chi class taught at the same location on Mondays from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m.

Continue your journey to physical and spiritual health by learning more about this gentle form of Tai Chi that provides body awareness, pain relief, stillness, and much more. Body, mind and spirit come together while practicing the ancient art of Tai Chi that is optimized for health and well-being.  The deeper you go, the more health benefits you will receive. 
Tai Chi can be a lifelong journey.  This class is designed to be a continuation of your Tai Chi journey after you have learned the basics from a beginning Tai Chi class through Connection Tai Chi or a similar Tai Chi class in the lineage of Master Moy Lin Chin.  (If you have not taken the beginning class through Connection Tai Chi, approval by the instructor is needed.)  If you have questions about whether this class is right for you, send us a message at https://connectiontaichi.org/contact/ and we will contact you.

Improve Your Mind, Body and Spirit

Offered in-person and on Zoom.

Want to improve your balance, strength, flexibility, relieve pain and boost your energy and mood?  Then join us for our weekly class with Amy who will guide you through an alignment-based, slow-flow practice.  Amy believes that yoga is a pathway to personal transformation regardless of age or level of experience.  She works with each student to make suitable adjustments for ease and comfort. Please bring water, your yoga mat, two blocks, a strap, and a yoga blanket or towel. We have limited props on hand.
