Continue your journey to physical and spiritual health by learning more about this gentle form of Tai Chi that provides body awareness, pain relief, stillness, and much more. Body, mind and spirit come together while practicing the ancient art of Tai Chi that is optimized for health and well-being. The deeper you go, the more health benefits you will receive.
Tai Chi can be a lifelong journey. This class is designed to be a continuation of your Tai Chi journey after you have learned the basics from a beginning Tai Chi class through Connection Tai Chi or a similar Tai Chi class in the lineage of Master Moy Lin Chin. (If you have not taken the beginning class through Connection Tai Chi, approval by the instructor is needed.) A Discussion Group for Life Growth
LUT Pat Anderson leads our Tuesday Heart-Centered Living Group. The focus is on a spiritual classic, The Road Less Traveled, which is timeless in its message that we are called to walk the path that may be more difficult sometimes– but it is the path that leads to a live an abundant and intentional life. It is the path that leads to freedom and peace rather than one of constant chasing and dissatisfaction. Join us as we focus on spiritual tools to create confidence in expressing the Christ consciousness. There will be discussions, reading, activities, fun, and friendship. Please join us at noon Tuesdays. Free, all are welcome to join in-person or by Zoom.

Yoga Class

Improve Your Mind, Body and Spirit
Want to improve your balance, strength, flexibility, relieve pain and boost your energy and mood? Then join us for our weekly class with Amy who will guide you through an alignment-based, slow-flow practice. Amy believes that yoga is a pathway to personal transformation regardless of age or level of experience. She works with each student to make suitable adjustments for ease and comfort. Please bring water, your yoga mat, two blocks, a strap, and a yoga blanket or towel. We have limited props on hand. Our classes are available in person and via Zoom. A Zoom link will be emailed when you pre-register by 9:30 a.m. the same day of class.

Meditation & Mindfulness: Pathways to Peaceful Living

Learn Mindfulness and Meditation Practices
With the hectic pace of 21st-century life, it is all too easy to lose touch with the core of peace that resides within us. Learning to be Mindful in each moment from a Meditative state of being are valuable practices and pathways to connect with and cultivate this peace. Through focused activity combining concentration, awareness, movement, sound, and silence, we will awaken the peace within and take it out into our lives. This is an in-person event only, no Zoom.
