Monthly VibeUP! with Gentle Yoga, Meditation, and Sound Bath

Offered in-person only.

In this integrative journey of self-care, we’ll begin with gentle yoga and then move into guided meditation and a healing sound bath.  Or you can come only for the meditation and sound healing experience!  This workshop will support you to relax your body, calm your mind, clear stuck energy, and activate your body’s natural healing systems. 

Please bring your yoga mat, strap, two blocks and water.  You may also want to bring a blanket, pillow and eye covering for the sound bath.  Limited extra mats, blocks and straps will be available. Workshops start promptly at 3:00 pm; please arrive at least 15 minutes early. This is an in-person event only-no Zoom. Our schedule is:

2:30 pm - Registration opens

3:00 pm - Gentle Yoga

3:50 pm - Break / Sound Bath participants come in

4:00 pm - Meditation and Sound Bath

Improve Your Mind, Body and Spirit

Want to improve your balance, strength, and flexibility, relieve pain, and boost your energy and mood? Join us for our new yoga class with popular, veteran teacher Stacey Paige as she guides us through an alignment based slow flow practice.  Please bring water, your yoga mat, two blocks, a strap and a yoga blanket or towel. Yoga classes are available in-person and by Zoom; the Zoom link will be sent after pre-registering by 9:30 a.m. the day of class.

A Discussion Group for Life Growth

Do you sometimes struggle to identify what emotion you are feeling or even to allow it to be present? Every emotional experience is an opportunity to hold on to our pain, suffering, and our smallness or to tune into our hearts and connect with our essential nature and hear our inner guidance. Working from the book, Letting Go - The Pathway of Surrender by David R. Hawkins, we are exploring "the mechanism of emotions and the practical techniques to remove the inner blocks to happiness, love, joy, success, health, and, ultimately, Enlightenment." This book provides mechanics for letting go of those blocks. All are welcome to join this discussion as we explore our inner emotional world and step into a new way of being.

Meditation & Mindfulness: Pathways to Peaceful Living

Learn Mindfulness and Meditation Practices

With the hectic pace of 21st-century life, it is all too easy to lose touch with the core of peace that resides within us. Learning to be Mindful in each moment from a Meditative state of being are valuable practices and pathways to connect with and cultivate this peace. Through focused activity combining concentration, awareness, movement, sound, and silence, we will awaken the peace within and take it out into our lives. This is an in-person event only, no Zoom.
