Improve Your Mind, Body and Spirit

Want to improve your balance, strength, and flexibility, relieve pain, and boost your energy and mood? Join us for our new yoga class with popular, veteran teacher Stacey Paige as she guides us through an alignment based slow flow practice.  Please bring water, your yoga mat, two blocks, a strap and a yoga blanket or towel. This is an in-person event only - no Zoom.

Monthly VibeUP! with Gentle Yoga, Meditation, and Sound Bath

This is a small sample of a sound bath provided by Stacey and Curt Paige during our Summer Solstice Yoga, Meditation & Sound Bath workshop on 6/18/2022. Please note this is not a studio recording; the actual sound is much better in person!

In this integrative journey of self-care, we’ll begin with gentle yoga and then move into guided meditation and a healing sound bath.  Or you can come only for the meditation and sound healing experience!  This workshop will support you to relax your body, calm your mind, clear stuck energy, and activate your body’s natural healing systems. 

Please bring your yoga mat, strap, two blocks and water.  You may also want to bring a blanket, pillow and eye covering for the sound bath.  Limited extra mats, blocks and straps will be available. Workshops start promptly at 3:00 pm; please arrive at least 15 minutes early. This is an in-person event only-no Zoom. Our schedule is:

3:50pm - Break / Sound Bath participants come in

4:00pm - Meditation and Sound Bath

Meditation & Mindfulness: Pathways to Peaceful Living

Learn Mindfulness and Meditation Practices

With the hectic pace of 21st-century life, it is all too easy to lose touch with the core of peace that resides within us. Learning to be Mindful in each moment from a Meditative state of being are valuable practices and pathways to connect with and cultivate this peace. Through focused activity combining concentration, awareness, movement, sound, and silence, we will awaken the peace within and take it out into our lives.  This 4-week series with Sharri Gaines will be held Tuesday evenings September 6 – 27, 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.  Registration for this series closes on September 6th.  This is an in-person event only, no Zoom.

Body, mind and spirit come together while practicing the ancient art of Tai Chi that is optimized for health and well-being. Come join us and see why Tai Chi is known as meditation in motion! This is an in-person event only - no Zoom. 
Note: Masks will be required for this class.
