This 8-week Zoom class will illuminate the inner path to abundance by helping participants tap into a deeper sense of awareness and become agents of change in their own lives.  We’ll integrate concepts from Deepak Chopra's new book, Abundance - The Inner Path to Wealth.
We will:

• Use reflection questions to explore our personal beliefs and relationship with all areas of abundance, including money.

• Enjoy exercises that demonstrate how we work past self-generated feelings of limitation and fear to help us connect to who we really are – our true self.

• Focus on stories to explore core issues.

• Learn meditation, targeted daily practices, and tools to tap into our inner power and make our dreams come true, no matter what they are.

Want to improve your balance, strength, and flexibility, relieve pain, and boost your energy and mood? Join us for our new yoga class with popular, veteran teacher Stacey Paige as she guides us through an alignment based slow flow practice.  Please bring water, your yoga mat, two blocks, a strap and a yoga blanket or towel. This is an in-person event only - no Zoom.

Begin your journey to physical and spiritual health by learning a gentle form of Tai Chi that provides body awareness, pain relief, stillness, and much more. Body, mind and spirit come together while practicing the ancient art of Tai Chi that is optimized for health and well-being. Come join us and see why Tai Chi is known as meditation in motion! This is an in-person event only - no Zoom. 
Note: Masks will be required for this class. This is a 12-class series. After the second class, students will need permission from the instructors to attend.

Change can be hard. How do we feel what we're feeling AND step into a new way of being?  If you are caring for elders, supporting a partner, traveling a healing journey, grieving the loss of a loved one, or transitioning in a relationship--either personal or professional, this discussion group will provide space to come together, share challenges, and be held in prayer, support, and a healing consciousness. Monthly VibeUP! with Gentle Yoga, Meditation, and Sound Bath

One Sunday per month:
11/20, 12/11

3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

In this integrative journey of self-care, we’ll begin with gentle yoga and then move into guided meditation and a healing sound bath.  Or you can come only for the meditation and sound healing experience!  This workshop will support you to relax your body, calm your mind, clear stuck energy, and activate your body’s natural healing systems. 

Please bring your yoga mat, strap, two blocks and water.  You may also want to bring a blanket, pillow and eye covering for the sound bath.  Limited extra mats, blocks and straps will be available. Workshops start promptly at 3:00 pm; please arrive at least 15 minutes early. This is an in-person event only-no Zoom. Our schedule is:

2:30 pm - Registration opens

3:00 pm - Gentle Yoga

3:50 pm - Break / Sound Bath participants come in

4:00 pm - Meditation and Sound Bath

Meditation & Mindfulness: Pathways to Peaceful Living

Learn Mindfulness and Meditation Practices

With the hectic pace of 21st-century life, it is all too easy to lose touch with the core of peace that resides within us. Learning to be Mindful in each moment from a Meditative state of being are valuable practices and pathways to connect with and cultivate this peace. Through focused activity combining concentration, awareness, movement, sound, and silence, we will awaken the peace within and take it out into our lives. This is an in-person event only, no Zoom.
